...there were presents everywhere! Aubrie said "tree! tree!" of course... and ran through all the presents to check out the tree again!

After opening presents and the traditional scones with honey butter (YUM!), we headed over to my mom's (Grammie) house to open more presents! (I will make a separate post for that.) Then we came back to Papa and Nana's house for lunch and playtime with the whole family!!
Papa's whole family was over, minus Candice and Colby and Courtney and Mitchell! We had a wonderful time... eating delicious food and playing games and hanging out together.
Papa cooked up the most delicious turkey, ham and tons of sides and other food! It was so tasty, but thats not surprising! He is an awesome chef!

Christmas is always magical when there are kids around and when we are able to spend it with family, so despite all the driving back and forth across town, we couldn't ask for anything better than the time we were able to spend with the ones we love the most!!
