After an early morning of opening presents, we drove to Grammie's house for more Christmas festivities... Aubrie fell asleep on our way over... so we thought she would sleep while we opened and then she could open presents after... she obviously had plans of her own!
She woke up right away and decided she would join in on the present opening action and we had a great time opening tons of fun gifts!
Lauren's dog Riley even got in on the present opening!
Aubrie got majorly spoiled once again! Grammie got her a "Kiss me Elmo," a mini Big Bird and Abby Cadabby and Ernie, she got a pop-up toy, tons of clothes, jammies, an Elmo shirt, hairbows, a turtle that lights up and projects stars all over her ceiling and walls at night (my favorite!), an Elmo movie and even more! Lauren got her a cute outfit (the black and white houndstooth one in lots of the photos), the alphabet letters and the baby stroller! Uncle Aaron got her the adorable tutu that she LOVES and a matching princess doll! She was also spoiled by The Bell's... she got the softest Elephant and Monkey puppets and an Oscar the Grouch tree ornament and the cutest Hello Kitty sweater! I can't even name everything this lucky little girl got! Aubrie wasn't the only spoiled one of the bunch! I think we all ended up with more than we hoped for! This Christmas was wonderful!
The Roast was ginormous... this is only half of it!
We went back to the Swapp's house to enjoy some lunch and family time (posted below)...
and later that evening we came back to enjoy the roast and other deliciousness!
As you can tell by the photos, most of the time on our trip was spent with family, we hope to be able to plan more time to spend with friends next time we come into town!
We wouldn't have changed a thing about this trip though! Our families are the best!
