We went to the Texas State Fair (go to bigtex.com for info) yesterday (saturday) with Ashley and Brad and the babies and it was crazy huge, crazy fun and of course there was crazy fair food!
Here is what we all ate combined:
- corn on the cob (dipped in butter- served on a stick- and HUGE!)
- nachos with cheese and jalapenos
- 2 corndogs
- a deep fried peanut butter cup macaroon (delicious)
- a huge bag of cotton candy
- deep fried peaches and cream (delicious)
- and brad got fries and a burger at the end of the night!

She didn't really eat any for this pic... since it was dipped in butter... but i cleaned some off and she liked it!
You can't go to a fair and not get cotton candy!

We definitely didn't waste our precious "food coupons" on that! Eeeek!
These next few were taken right before a parade came through... while we were waiting to get our fried peaches and cream!
We had a great time at the fair. We didn't get to see nearly all of it... because it got too late for the babies... but at the very end we caught a very quick glimpse of the funniest pig races ever! This really slow one -#4- came waddling out at the very end behind all of the other contenders... and we couldn't help but crack up! It was so cute!

So fun and I don't know why I have to comment on every picture but there is this urge because of how cute that little girl is! and how cute you are too! not so much aaron...haha
We have never been to the state fair! You guys are so good about getting out and about.
